The 13th Annual Santa Barbara Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender Film Festival
will be held in November, 2004
2004 Submission Deadline: end of August, 2004
There is no entry fee.

Partial REQUIREMENTS:
- Only 1/2 VHS (NTSC) videotapes will be accepted for preview. Do not send master tapes.
- Preview tapes should be labeled with the title, running time, and contact information (name, address, phone, or email).
- Works submitted in languages other than English must be submitted or accompanied by an English transcript, or be formatted with English subtitles.
- Works-in-progress and rough cuts can be submitted by the deadline, but only if an exhibition copy will be ready by October 31, 2004.
Submit color and/or B&W stills (.eps, .tiff, or .jpg format of 200 dpi resolution or better), publicity materials, or any images with your preview tape. If your film/video is selected, please be prepared to submit a digital still file.
- All submissions must be received by September 10, 2004. You will be notified of the committees final decision by October 1, 2004.
- Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your preview tape. Preview tapes will be returned by December 2004.
